Browse our shop, add pets or items to your cart, and checkout securely. After payment, enter your Roblox username on the claim page. We'll friend you and trade the items — most deliveries happen in under 5 minutes!
Out-of-stock variants appear greyed out. If an item goes out of stock before delivery, we'll contact you immediately to arrange a substitute of equal or greater value, or process a full refund.
Yes! Use the product request form on our contact page. We regularly update inventory based on requests. If we can source it, we'll add it and notify you.
Yes! We carry Normal (NP), Ride (R), Fly-Ride (FR), Neon Fly-Ride (NFR), and Mega Neon Fly-Ride (MFR) variants for most pets.
No minimum. Buy a single item or fill your cart. We also offer bulk discounts and flash sales — watch our homepage for deals.
Most orders are delivered within 5 minutes. During peak hours it may take 1-2 hours. In rare cases, weekend/holiday deliveries can take up to 24 hours.
After purchase, go to My Orders → Claim. Enter your Roblox username, accept our friend request, join our private Adopt Me server, and we'll trade you the items directly.
Check your Roblox friend requests first. If nothing arrives, contact us immediately. We guarantee delivery or a full refund — no exceptions.
Items go to the username you specify during claim. Make sure it's correct and friend requests + trading are enabled. We cannot recover items sent to wrong usernames.
You can update it during claim before delivery starts. Once trading begins, changes cannot be made.
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe, plus PayPal. Prices display in your local currency, charges are in USD.
Yes! Undelivered orders get a full refund. Delivered orders are reviewed case-by-case. See our refund policy.

NEVER. We only need your Roblox username for friend requests and trading. If anyone claiming to be from GetPets asks for your password, it's a scam — report it to us.

Trading is a normal Adopt Me feature. While Roblox doesn't officially endorse real-money trading, the risk is minimal. We've never had a customer report being banned.
